Construction Violations at V2 Properties Job Sites

Since 2018, the Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspections has stopped work at a dozen V2 Properties projects, and issued 16 violations for work that departed from approved plans or permits. One building adjacent to a V2 project collapsed, and L&I issued violations at five other sites related to damage or risk to neighboring properties.
