Business Curfew Enforcement Is Hurting Food Truck Businesses

An 11 p.m. business curfew in parts of Kensington and North Philadelphia is now being enforced. Food truck vendors say the combination of earlier closing hours and fines for curfew violations have hurt their businesses.
