Housing Growth in Greater Center City

The eight zip codes of Center City and its adjacent neighborhoods added 3,811 housing units in 2024, an increase of nearly 1,000 from 2023. The 19123 zip code, encompassing the Northern Liberties neighborhood, added nearly 2,100 units, accounting for a quarter of the city’s housing growth last year.
