Historical Displays Concerning Slavery Flagged for Review Under Trump Order

More than a dozen historical displays with information about slavery during the founding of the nation were identified for review by one or more National Park Service employees, following an executive order signed by President Donald Trump to remove “inappropriate” content. The displays are spread across six exhibits at Independence National Historical Park.
