Police Plan for Kensington

In the police department’s plan to shut down Kensington’s open-air drug market, after a warning period, officers will make arrests for drug and quality-of-life crimes in a focus area around the intersection of Kensington and Allegheny Avenues. The initiative will expand to surrounding blocks once the initial corridor is cleared and secured.
