Safety Improvements for High-Crash Corridors

Seven high-crash corridors in historically disadvantaged communities in Philadelphia will receive safety improvements through the Great Streets PHL program. The work will be funded in part by a $25 million "Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability & Equity" (RAISE) grant, part of the infrastructure bill signed into law last year. Proposed improvements include traffic-safety treatments, signal modernization, ADA accessibility refinements, and various roadway upgrades.
